Instructions

1. Press "Start Ctrl".
2. Drag the slider bars to move Pan, Tilt and Zoom.
3. Click one point on the image to center point of interest.
4. Draw a box on the image  to zoom-in quickly.
5. Right click on the picture for zoom out.
6. Click "Rec" button to record video on your PC at C:\VCRInc
